I’m off to pic up Bec at the airport in a few hours. She’s been up in Queensland with friends for a almost a week so it’ll be really nice to see her again. I also put some new pictures up again, including some pictures of our new house.

Two day ago we booked flights up to Newcastle on the east coast for a little holiday. Jet star (airline company) had a sale and we got return flights for both of us for only $160 (~900SEK). We’re not going until the start of May but it’s nice to have something to look forward to. We are thinking of moving there next year since after Bec’s finished at uni she still has a “grad year” to do at a hospital and she doesn’t want to do it in Geelong.

Had a nice early valentines day dinner with Bec on Saturday. We went to a funny little thai restaurant wich is located in a petrol station. When you walk truough the door, the left half is a servo and the right is the restaurant, we got a table about 1,5m away from the chips racks. They had really nice food though, and cheap prices, and we had a very nice time. On Tuesday we went back to Bec’s parents farm for a day. It was nice to get away somewhere, we didn’t really do anything special though, mainly relaxing.

Saturday night Matt had his 30th birthday party, he had turn his whole backyard into a beach and rented an 8 person spa, it turned out to be a really good night. I’ve finally put some new pictures up and there’s more to come as soon as I have time.

Yesterday we had a massive rain/thunderstorm, Melbourne got 125mm of rain in 24h, the most measured for 150 years! Floodings everywhere. The ocean was totally crazy today so no surf for me. Almost done with putting new pictures up, will be ready very soon.

I’m back online, we finally got our phone connected. The new nr is +61 (0)3 5261 3214. This morning I got up at 5.30!! to go surfing, it was still dark as the sun doesn’t rise till about 6.40 but when we got in the water at Bells Beach around 6.15 it was light enough. Had a great surf but later I had to have a little afternoon snooze.
